This document provides a feasibility study for establishing Agricultural Food and Logistics Hubs (AGFLH) in Georgia. It finds that Georgia's fresh produce supply chain faces challenges including loss of market share to imports, lack of cold storage and transportation bottlenecks, high waste, and non-compliance with food safety and EU standards. The study recommends establishing AGFLHs in Tbilisi and Batumi to address these issues by providing cold storage, transportation consolidation, food safety systems, and facilities to increase production and exports. Demand projections found opportunities to increase fruit and vegetable production and processing by unlocking existing market demand through the new infrastructure. The hubs would transform Georgia's supply chain capabilities in phases to establish an efficient domestic cool chain
