This is the Restatements 2d of Contracts and UCC Article 2. This handsome 600+ page paperback volume brings your students the full richness of these primary sources of the law of contracts. Unlike all other student contracts supplements, this text provides 100% of the Restatement 2d Comments and Illustrations in addition to the other and “black letter and ” rules.
