Colorado college student Alexandra Dare didn’t mean to steal the magic pocket watch from the Mage of Ellifer while he seduced her in a dream. After all, she had just discovered she was a were-dragon, part human and part dragon, and she had no idea how to use her new draconic powers. Now, her accidental possession of the pocket watch is the only thing keeping the Mage from returning to Avalon to reclaim Excalibur, so he can conquer not only earth and Avalon, but all the known dimensions. The Mage of Ellifer is not the only one who wants the new were-dragon dead, however. The Knights of the Round Table have taken an Oath to eradicate all Hybrids like Alexandra who pose a threat to the human race.
