Accordingtothemap, thepointfromBorneoissituatedontheIndonesianportion,so-calledKalimantan,thoughhedid notmentiontheexactlocalityinthatregion. ProbablythereforeMD=6B:9H6>9(2004)didnot recordthisspecies fromBorneoinhiscatalogue ofthe Malaysian Chrysomelidae.
