I have found a video by 4 2 1 3 3 1 Jerry Helt of a Community Dance where he called this figure and 4 2 also several other variations of the figure. Click Here. I really like how Jerry presents this dance. As you will see, some C people have problem with some of the choreography, but most of them get through it. As a side light, I found a version of this figure in Henry Ford’s “Good Morning”. So the concept is certainly not new.
