This case report describes a 55-year-old male with Klippel-Trenaunay syndrome (KTS) involving the right upper limb and chest wall. KTS is a rare congenital vascular malformation characterized by a port-wine stain, venous varicosity, and limb overgrowth. The patient presented with swelling, pain, and increased temperature in the right arm and chest associated with a port-wine stain. Laboratory tests found elevated uric acid and C-reactive protein. Histological examination showed dilated capillaries. X-rays found soft tissue enlargement but no bone abnormalities. The patient was treated with antibiotics and pain medication. KTS can cause serious complications and requires a multidisciplinary treatment
