Board of Assessors 730 Massachusetts Avenue Arlington, MA 02476 Date: January 10, 2022 Time: 5:30 pm Location: Conducted by remote participation Minutes: The meeting was called to order at 5:35pm, by Mary Winstanley O’Connor. William Zagata seconded the motion, voted unanimously. • In attendance: Mary Winstanley O’Connor, William Zagata, Dana Mann and Robert Greeley. • Mary Winstanley O’Connor motioned to approve the minutes from the December 6, 2021 meeting. Robert Greeley seconded to motion, voted unanimously. • Old Business; Discussion of Tax Rate, need for signatures for Tax Deferral Applications and forms. • New Business: Robert Greeley announced his resignation from the Board of Assessors, effective at the conclusion of this meeting. We wish Bob well, he will be missed. • Motion to enter Executive Session at 5:40 was made by Mary Winstanley O’Connor. William Zagata seconded the motion, voted unanimously. • Motion to exit executive session and adjourn the meeting was made by Mary Winstanley O’Connor at 6:05pm.
